Installation of new exercises and platforms in the climbing forest

Initial situation:

When expanding and maintaining our climbing forest, we faced the challenge of installing platforms and safety elements in a way that was both tree-friendly and efficient. After intensive research, we opted for the fastening technology from plobabo Plochinger Baumbolzen.

Training and initial tests:

During a training course at the Plochingen climbing forest, we were able to familiarise ourselves with the system and carry out initial construction work under expert guidance. • Long-term planning: For some new buildings, we installed the tree screws six months before the actual construction. When work continued, the screws had grown in slightly, which further increased stability.
